My Journey with Adaptogens for Health Care

Adaptogens have been used in traditional medicine for centuries, but it wasn’t until recently that they gained popularity in Western culture. As someone who has struggled with stress and anxiety, I was intrigued by the idea that adaptogens could help regulate my body’s response to stress.

Adaptogens are a class of herbs and mushrooms that are believed to have a normalizing effect on the body.
